What we say:

Not the easiest place to find, this dorm-only guesthouse is located on the top floor of a Tengkat Tong Shin shophouse (take the stairs to the right of the Forever Young Energy House). The place is basic, but clean, as well as quiet and secure. Both the beds and the bathrooms are on the small side, designed with Asians rather than Western backpackers in mind. The staff are young and friendly, but not the most efficient. Still, at least they try. The dorms with windows may suffer from noise issues. The rates include breakfast and free WiFi.
