What we say:

One of the very cheapest places to stay in KL, this hostel is somewhat of a mixed bag. On the one hand, it is dark, frayed at the edges, and does not have the freshest of aromas. And trying to sleep in a small windowless room with only a fan to deal with the city's steamy climate is not a recommended option. On the other hand, Moon Lodge is moderately clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooftop terrace is a great place for chilling out. Rates include free WiFi. Overall, only for travellers on a brutal budget.
