What we say:

This is one of a sprinkling of guesthouses behind Berjaya Times Square, close to Imbi Monorail station. The dorms are clean, with decent quality beds, albeit with somewhat joyless decor. The rooms have a bit more character, although the ones with just fan are a bit overpriced. It's definitely worth the extra 11 ringgit for air-con. Irsia has pleasant communal areas, two computers for guests to use, and a small selection of books to borrow (not take). The rates include a basic breakfast and WiFi.
