Floating hotel with some major flaws

What we say:

The notion of a stilt hotel “floating” above the water sounds charming, but the reality of Dragon Inn is quite different. The rooms may be unique, but the windowless design makes them feel gloomy and the natural building materials do nothing to block out the sound of motorboats or even your neighbour. Worse yet, the water gently lapping below your room is filled with trash (plus the run-off from your bathroom) and attracts pests. The “longhouse dorm” may seem like good value, but it's crowded with bunks and has just a fan to keep you cool. The included breakfast is the most meagre amount of food possible and they have the gall to charge extra for WiFi that barely reaches the rooms.
