Whether you need just a bunk or a room big enough for the whole family, The Hive delivers in a wallet-friendly way. Recent refurbishments have restored a modern look and you'll sleep well on the sturdy bunk-beds. There's room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and, despite the open windows, a mouldy smell lingers in the shared bathrooms. Common areas are a highlight with plenty of breakfast tables, comfy TV lounge and a pool table. Rates include internet, breakfast and self-serve coffee and tea all day. The isolated location makes The Hive quieter than most hostels but it's convenient to the MRT (and nothing else).

best value budget accomodation i have stayed at in singapore ....... single room with air-con and shower $38 singapore .....doubles $50, close to boong keng mrt, free internet, light brekky .....
