Price is the main appeal of Footprints Hostel and setting their rates a few bucks below the competition ensures a steady flow of travellers. The location and attached bar are great for meeting new people, but Footprints is just average when it's time to sleep or shower: cleanliness isn't what it could be and bathrooms need better maintenance. If you're the type who spends more time in the lounge than in your room, Footprints is perfectly fine for a short stay. It's also one of the few hostels that accommodates families and has a private room that can sleep up to six. Rates include breakfast and internet.
