It's not the swankiest spot on Orchard Road, but there's lots to like about the Concorde. Not too long ago it was the rundown Le Meridien, and since the changeover every single room has been refurbished. The result is refreshingly modern rooms with crisp white bedding, large LCD TV, and a very functional workspace with broadband internet. Hotel facilities include a fitness centre, swimming pool, and restaurants, plus the infinite opportunities of Orchard's malls are a stone's throw away. The reception staff are very helpful. You'll get the best rates by booking online.
