Description
Within spitting distance of Silom Road, the Tawana Ramada is a bit quieter though still on a busy road. Almost fronting onto the northern end of Patpong, touts can also be a very big pain around here. The 2006 upgrade to superior rooms was well done and the 2007 renovation to deluxe rooms should be equally fitting. Other pluses for the Tawana are the restaurants on the ground floor: Duilios Italian restaurant and Humphry's Pub. The swimming pool on the quieter back side is surrounded by tropical gardens and provides much needed relaxation from the chaos out front.
