Description
This landmark building on the corner of Sukhumvit and Rama IV Roads, is an ideally located luxury hotel with a long history as well - it was once the tallest building in Bangkok. Both the BTS and subway are within easy walking distance, as is green haven Lumpini Park and the general shopping mecca of Silom Road. The immaculate rooms are very tasteful, designed in a contemporary Thai fashion, and have good views over the park. There are also a number of excellent, if expensive restaurants in the hotel. Particularly competitive internet rates seem to be on offer. Great choice for the price and area.
