Description
This 25-storey hotel is located in the heart of Chinatown and offers the best value for money in this price range. The 155 rooms are well-sized and some have very good views of the surrounding area. Rooms have standard facilities including TV, minibar, air-con and spacious bathrooms. The pool on the 23rd floor is not the biggest around but after a few hours of stamping around Chinatown provides welcome relief. Staff and service are friendly and professional. This hotel is also popular with tour groups, so at times can be very busy. Substantial discounts are available.

We loved the Grand China, especially the rotating restaurant on top.

Breakfast and staff were great. The rofftop pool is not suitable to actually swimming. Gyn is fine. WARNING: laundry was US$120 for 2 1/2 plastic bags of clothing.

Grande Ville Hotel
903 Mahachai Rd, Chinatown
This large hotel at the western end of Chinatown is suitably pitched towards the business travellers as it looks more like an office block from the outside than a hotel.
