K.C. has good clean rooms that are surprisingly quiet given the racket that goes on just outside. They're a bit aging, with clean but slightly worn bedding, but large windows brighten what would otherwise be depressingly boring, undecorated hotel rooms. Standard Thai and western food is available at the attached outdoor cafe which sits at the mouth of the soi. Long term rentals are available for 6,000B per month.

KC's location is great -- just around the corner from everything but not in the middle of all the noise. Momma and the staff are the best! Safe, friendly and clean.
