This international chain offers smallish rooms with all of the mod-cons, including cable TV and room service. While it doesn't win any charm awards (every Ibis property seems to look the same), the modern rooms are well-maintained and the public areas clean and serviceable. The staff are helpful and there is a travel agency in the lobby that can help with onward plans. If you manage to find a good deal online, the Ibis can be a great value. It has a good, central location not too far from both Lumpini Park and Sathorn Road.
