What we say:

The Tivoli hotel is a modern hotel not far from Soi Ngam Dupli that offers great value for the money, even if it does have a slightly off-the-beaten path location. Rooms are modern and well appointed, counting minibars and refrigerators, flat screen televisions, DVD players, comfortable mattresses and quality linens as standard comforts. The roof has a fitness centre and a small pool with a great view of the city spreading off to the South, as well as a bar that opens for evening cocktails. A spa offers the standard array of massage treatments and there is a restaurant onsite with a reasonable buffet spread each evening. While the rack rates are not a bad deal, the hotel seems to offer almost constant specials — more than 50% when we enquired.
