Located at the end of the slightly shabby soi 57, about five minutes walk from Thong Lo BTS, the Sawasdee Sukhumvit Inn is a good bargain for the area. The place could do with a lick of paint, but is pleasant, with friendly staff, and is clean. The rooms are reasonable but with no lift it is advisable to get one on the lower floors. Some of the bathrooms are a little on the small side in the cheaper rooms. There's also a reasonable outdoor cafe out the front that is part of the Inn. With the inexpensive rooms it is a good option for people who want to be near the trendy amenities of Thong Lo.
