Rachan Residence

Modern, clean and convenient

What we say: 4 stars

A new arrival on the scene, Rachan is a solid choice on the west side of the river that's set in the same complex as Chatuchak Market and Robinson shopping centre. It's a 10-minute walk to the old town from here but plenty of good eating and shopping options surround the hotel. With white tile floors, white walls, clean, modern hot water bathrooms, air-con, free WiFi and TVs, these rooms are well equipped and comfortable but lack any hint of character. The cheaper rooms only have one small window so can feel a bit drab, but the more expensive ones boast large windows and are much more inviting. The suite bags you a living room and kitchenette. Despite similar nightly rates, Rachan isn't in the same league as Kasemsarn, but significant discounts are available for stays of 10 days or longer and as with KP Grand, rates often run lower on booking sites.
