What we say:

Golden Beach's exterior is decorated in whites and greens, and the lobby area is certainly small, which probably prompted the 'boutique' moniker. Rooms however are reasonably sized and those at the front have great sea views. All rooms have air-con, cable TV and fridges. The staff are excellent and helpful to the extreme, though a minor problem is that their English is limited. A laundry service is available and across the road are a number of excellent seafood eateries.
