What we say: 
For true wallet-watchers, these are the cheapest rooms in town. Siriwatana sits on stilts over the sea, a collection of modest one-storey rooms that have seen better days. Still, the welcome is cheery and the views are good. The rooms are a reasonable size but the decor, beds and squat toilets are as old as some of the staff. If you want more space, the top-priced 300B room sleeps four. From the hotel, it's a two-minute walk into town, past a collection of old fishing nets and sedentary tuk-tuk drivers.
