What we say:

Located almost within touching distance of the pier, Marco Polo is a somewhat drab but friendly option. Rooms are comfortable, with bright pastel art, wave-like tiles, clean bathrooms, and large beds. Though located right over the water, it's nowhere near the beach. Be sure to check your room first, as some have pleasant views over the water, while others look out over dilapidated tin huts. The room rates seem to have come down recently to more reasonable levels, so if you don't mind a 10-minute walk to the beach every day, this would be adequate.
