Malibu Garden Resort
Good family spot - off the beach

What we say:
Get past the mediocre reception and you'll find a large resort that welcomes a regular stream of visitors. Its bungalows and rooms bring in package groups and families. Set back behind a rather grim bar and restaurant, the grounds of the resort are attractive, with lanes leading through an orderly garden. The resort has its own pool so you need not trouble yourself with walking to the beach. The rooms are clean and well kept, and include air-con, TV, fridge and ABF, although the standard room only has a cold water shower, which is odd at this price. The discounts for longer stays and for online reservations make this an even more inviting option. Staff are engaging and fun.

Such a great place to stay!
We arrived with no reservation, luckily there were rooms. We managed to get a discount because we were staying for four nights! This place is great.. there is a free breakfast.. a pool (useful for the last swim of the day when you don't want to get all sandy again!).. and the rooms are spacious and clean.. the beds are massive! Air con and t.v. a huge bonus... and honestly, the cold shower is very welcome.. it was almost 40degrees when we stayed there! They also have lockers too, you keep the keys and can pop in and out whenever you like.. A top spot on a beautiful beach! Loved it :)
