Hippy Hut
Very basic, but very cheap

What we say:
Formerly Porn Bungalows, and run by some very funky Thai boys, Hippy Huts bungalows offers rudimentary bamboo bungalows with room for nothing but a small mattress. While they do have electricity, there is no fan and bathroom facilities are shared. This would be a good place to stay if you're visiting Bang Bao on a shoestring, and it wouldn't hurt if you're into Bob Marley either. It's about 500m after the turning for the pier, on the right hand side of the main road. Just look for the red yellow and green paint spattered about -- you cant miss it. There's a small chill out zone raised up off the ground which just about has some view, and a garden which is big enough for a game of Frisbee.
