Description
Once a backpacker favoirte, Cookies now has two massive white hotel buildings on both side of White Sands' main road. The new building by the beach was still being completed when we last visited in mid 2006, featuring a huge pool with wet bar and refurbished restaurant. Corner rooms are the best option as they cost the same as the ordinary ones, but have a lot more window space. Airy and sizeable, they are air-con with satellite TV, a fridge and clean, pleasant bathrooms.
