Tucked away up a small street on the other side of the main road to the beach, Island Lodge has a range of cheap options stacked along a hillside. The cheaper huts are very basic, consisting of just a matress on the floor and less than solid walls. The air-con rooms in a large building at the top of the hill are much nicer, but there's really nothing special about the location unless you want somewhere quieter than down on the beach. There's no restaurant, so they're really just cheap places to crash after a hard day of lazing about in the sun. There is a happening bar next door, though. Aligned with the Island Hopper which shuttles between the nearby islands during the high season, each room has promotions for trips there.
