Description
A wide range of options, from small wooden bungalows to recently-built hotel style rooms all zigzag haphazardly along a generous stretch of private beach. The large hotel stands proudly halfway up a cliff, with views out to sea. Fully equipped rooms are newer and fairly unadorned. Closer to the beach are the bungalows; basic fan-cooled versions with grotty cold shower bathrooms, and better air-con ones with Thai TV, a fridge and hot shower. These have a quiet balcony which offers a glimpse of the sea and the sound of the waves.

Friendly staff welcome you to Cliff Beach, a family-style resort with small private beach, a swimming pool and plenty of activities on offer. Accommodation options are pretty overpriced for rooms that are clean and attractive, but can hardly be called luxurious. A variety of styles are available.... more
Chang Park Resort and Spa
Kai Bae, Ko Chang
There's absolutely nothing wrong with Chang Park - well, concrete elephant statuary in the entrance aside -- but it's pretty clear that this is the kind of resort that appeals mainly to Thais visiting on package deals. Fairly old-style, and in some areas in need of a bit of work, wooden bungalows... more
