Description
One of a group of resorts at the northern end of Kae Bae, the Beach Grand Vill has a hotel building with fan rooms and few smaller bungalows. The hotel rooms are rather impersonal, but have great looking bathroom with combination bath/showers. The bungalows are comfortable and have glass windows, but they're expensive.

Right on the Beach -

Our villa was right on the water, with the most spectacular sunsets and sunrises off our balcony! It was clean, spacious, and had two big king beds in it (we had 3 people, but could easily fit 4), for 1,000B. Although Porn Bungalows just down the beach gets more nightlife action and has a bit more character, Porn Bungalows seemed quite dirty and the rooms were much smaller -- we saw a few cobwebs around. I'd recommend staying at Kai Bae Beach Grand ViII, and visitng Porn Bungalows for a sunset beer instead. Kai Bae is a lovely beach to stay on, and much less busy than other beaches.
