Attractive in layout and setting, The Beach Natural Resort is in a fairly secluded area. Bungalows come in two flavours -- larger wooden huts and smaller A frame huts made of wood with thatched leaf roofs. It's quite a tucked away place, but when you arrive you'll see that you're on the opposite side of the bay from the Siam Beach bungalows where one of the finest beaches on the island is found, as well as some alternative options for dining. The family who run the place are a friendly bunch, speaking good English and having a decent knowledge of the local area they can help point you in the direction of things to do.

We what to go back!!! - 12th February, 2010
Can't recomend this place enough. Out of all the 11 places we stayed during our 7 weeks in SEA this took the prize! Food great, accommodation wonderful, beach beautiful, massage divine, etc... but what really made this place stand out was the WONDERFUL staff! Mr O and his crew felt like friends at the end of our stay. Not least to our 3 kids, especially our 3 year old son, who had a special connection to several members of staff. We stayed for 6 days - but could easily have stayed twice as long. Sad to leave - just want to go back!!!

Beautiful resort, lovely staff - 2nd November, 2007
Stayed here alone . Far from wanting only package tourists the owners tell me they are wanting more independent travellers - in fact I am not sure they do packages any more. The gardens of the resort are beautifully maintained, and although I stayed in the cheapest room available it was very pleasant. The prices is, however, not cheap. I was a bit dissappointed that the resort has only a small beach except at low tide, but one can easily walk along to the beach of the Siam Beach resort a couple of minutes away though in practice it was fine swimming from the resort. The staff, from the owner/manager to the most junior were delightful and helpful, and almost all spoke some English, and some spoke excellent English. I was worried that the resort was too cut off from the rest of the island when I arrived, but found it possible to walk through unspoiled forest to other beaches of this wonderful island. Had an impromptu motorbike tour from one of the staff. Heaven.
