What we say:

The last time we reviewed Karang Bay view it received a luke warm reception -- this time round however it caught our eye. It's literally the last place you come to at the most southern most point of Jek Bae and as such it has truly awesome panoramas of the southern lying islands of Ko Wai, Ko Mak and Ko Kood. There is a small white sand beach, a rarity in this area, and although there are a few rocks it's a good spot for a swim, and apparently there's acceptable snorkelling here also. There are three different types of room, perhaps a touch expensive but nonetheless not bad in comparison to the rest of the island. Wooden huts come with fan and not much else, whereas the cement rooms have air-con and comfier beds. The grounds are mostly grass overlooked by huge coconut trees, and its position receives a good breeze. Overall a pleasant castaway spot.
