What we say:

Piman Garden's budget little sister hotel is slightly less conveniently located, just a little further from the city's main action, but it is not much of a stroll for what are significantly cheaper rates. D-Ma still boasts free WiFi and cable TV, and larger rooms also have a fridge. Be warned, however, that while deluxe rooms are comfortable and decorated along the same lines as Piman Garden, standard rooms are a heck of a lot more basic. Pretty much along the lines of your regular low-budget Thai hotel, they come with a rather neglected, peeling-paint feel that’s entirely different to the photos shown on the web site (which are all of deluxe rooms).
