Siri Hotel
Clean, affordable spot

What we say:
The Siri is a comfortable and convenient choice, located close to the train station and good restaurants. With major renovations completed in 2007, all rooms have air-con, hot water, cable TV, fridge, and turquoise leatherette couches. Twin rooms have an eating area and two queen beds separated by a partition, while single rooms feature one king. The lobby has a computer with internet access that's free for guests. The lobby café serves limited Thai fare but always seems to be empty, while VFW restaurant, in the same building, does a brisk business serving breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, and burgers.

Best Value but Price has Gone Up
Have stayed here a few times over the past 3 years. It's clean, friendly, and top value. I would live here if there were kitchenettes and a lifetime Thai visa was possible. But beware that the price is starting to rise on the rooms due to renovations and demand. It's not longer a budget hotel. Still well worth the stay. I recommend it to people who don't know Khorat. The VFW restaurant attached is great value on food, big plate and filling meal for the right price.
