The Siri is a lively, comfortable and convenient choice located close to the train station and good restaurants. For the money and location there’s also good value to be found here. All rooms have air-con, hot water, cable TV, fridge, and turquoise leatherette couches. Twin rooms have an eating area and two queen beds separated by a partition, while single rooms feature one king. Beds are clean but especially firm. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the hotel has a fun and cheerful atmosphere. There’s even an on-site karaoke bar to go along with VFW Restaurant, which offers some tasty western eats. All rates include breakfast and WiFi is free. The Siri has something of a slightly seedy nightlife vibe, so if travelling with kids you might consider staying elsewhere. Otherwise, Siri is a solid choice.

Best Value but Price has Gone Up

Have stayed here a few times over the past 3 years. It's clean, friendly, and top value. I would live here if there were kitchenettes and a lifetime Thai visa was possible. But beware that the price is starting to rise on the rooms due to renovations and demand. It's not longer a budget hotel. Still well worth the stay. I recommend it to people who don't know Khorat. The VFW restaurant attached is great value on food, big plate and filling meal for the right price.
