What we say:

The Happiness Guesthouse sits down a quiet residential side street off Mittraphap Rd, about one and a half km from the centre of Pak Chong to the southwest. If on foot, the location is not quite ideal, but for the value it's worth the hike. The building's exterior has something of a Victorian theme going on with bright white walls, pillars and long balconies on the upper floors. All rooms come with hard wood floors, plenty of space, firm but comfortable beds with clean sheets, TV, desk and chairs, and air-con. The double room offers a lot more space and a fridge. Hot water bathrooms are nothing special, but they are large and well kept. It's a family run guesthouse -- the owner is a gentle older man who speaks very little English -- but they do their best to welcome everyone and anyone. Aside from the location, the only down fall is the 25B per hour charge for WiFi. With the quality of these rooms at these prices, however, the WiFi charge almost seems acceptable.
