Pak Chong Hotel
Basic but comfortable at the centre of town

What we say:
If looking to stay right in he town centre, look no further than Pak Chong Hotel. The medium sized hotel sits set back down a narrow lane off Mittraphap Rd, so while it's a two minute walk to the main bus stop and night market it still stays relatively quiet. Rooms are available with fan or air-con, and all are simple but clean and comfortable with TV and hot water bathrooms. Those facing the back have decent views of the Khao Yai mountains and Lam Takong river. A 40B upgrade on air-con rooms gets you a fridge and a little more space, and larger rooms are available for up to six people for under 1,000B. The staff don't speak too much English, but they are exceptionally friendly, WiFi is free for the first five hours, and all rates include breakfast. Whether it's a one night stop over on your way to Khao Yai or a longer stay, the Pak Chong Hotel offers excellent value and a central location.
