What we say: 
Surin's fanciest spot in the downtown area, the Majestic is also situated right by the bus station, just across the road from the Phetkasem. Rooms are slightly flashier than the latter but considerably more expensive so ... but there is a good pool, free WiFi, coffee shop and good restaurant. They do have very well serviced apartments at 450B per day, which are still usually available for short stays, so if they're not all full up with expat English teachers and you do want to stay at Majestic ask for those.
