King's Hotel
Good value for those on a budget

What we say:
The guy behind the desk at King's Hotel has a huge and welcoming smile, which is a good thing because the dumpy entranceway needs all the help it can get. Despite this inauspicious start, rooms are very good value, although they are old and in need of a good scrub. Air-con rooms have English television channels while fan rooms have only Thai. They are all decorated with mismatched old furniture. At 220 baht, these would have to be the cheapest air-con rooms in Thailand.

Great budget rooms
Huge budget hotel with friendly staff and great basic rooms with tv and air con if need be,at around 200 baht a night, this place is hard to beat.Quite a good location too with lots of eateries especially the famous isan favourite gai yang (bbq chicken) not too far from here.

Good Value
The rooms are a bit too large for the furniture... I had a big empty space next to my bed. The corridors reminded me of a prison with 2 long walk ways and a cavity down the middle. But the rooms are clean and good value. I moved after one night to a hotel near the shopping centre which I thought was a whole lot nicer
