Right beside a temple, Manee Guesthouse is a lovely clean building with simple but large rooms and a selection of amenities, all set in the well-located Moon Muang Rd area of Chiang Mai. Run by a friendly young woman who speaks good English, rooms can be either air-con or fan-cooled, with telephone, ADSL internet, fridge and TV with English-language channels, or they have a cheaper fan room with no frills. Discounts for a long stay are available. Definitely worth checking out.

nice and clean place - 28th August, 2007
Manee gh has nice, big rooms. We had an aircon room with tv/fridge/small balcony for 400Baht.The room was cleaned every day (also new towels). The location is in the north east part of the old centre near good restaurants. New is a trekking office.The reception lady speaks english and is very friendly.
