What we say:

We don't really want to say too much about this new spot since they don't have too many rooms and we wouldn't want it to be full up every time we try and book a room there for visiting friends. Top Garden is well situated down a quiet yet central soi. It makes great use of its little available space, with a pleasant sitting area and beautifully decorated rooms at more than reasonable rates. That's enough! All rooms have WiFi and en suite hot shower.
