Huen Panicha is located down a quiet soi off busy Loi Kroh and near the night bazaar. A small, cosy little guesthouse with a family feel to it, it's a pleasant old but well-maintained house that's well decorated and boasts spotless little rooms coming in air-con and fan-cooled flavours. There's a nice communal area in which you may feel like you're sitting in someone's living room and the owners are correspondingly welcoming; it's a bit like staying in an English B&B really. The only drawback is all rooms have shared bathrooms, but if that's not an issue for you Huen Panicha is a good choice.
