What we say:

Deejai Backpackers is slightly out of the way, within the old town though not in the regular guesthouse area, but it's well worth seeking out and has a good location nonetheless. Located in Upper Ratchamanka, not far before hitting the moat on the west side of the city, it's a nice, peaceful, mainly residential area with light traffic. The guesthouse is set off the road slightly too in a pleasant garden. Staff are friendly with a good level of English and there's a caf� serving drinks and breakfasts.
