Pao Come Guesthouse is a good deal in Chiang Mai's crowded backpacker scene. The small and friendly spot has rooms that probably work out at least 100 baht cheaper than similar standard ones inside the moat. Rooms are simple but clean and even the cheapest come with hot shower. It's in a quiet but central location, just a few metres down the lane from the unmissable Pagoda Inn. All rooms are priced at the same rate with no seasonal differences.
