What we say:

Apples is situated right on the northern bank of the Mae Kok River, with excellent views of the city, valley, and Wat Tha Ton temple complex. A wide variety of rooms are on offer, satisfying the needs of almost any budget. Rooms themselves are comfortable and well decorated, though the bathrooms are of variable quality. As with most resorts in Tha Ton, the riverside bungalows are particularly beautiful, but also particularly expensive, and those looking for air-con will pay a premium to get it. A big restaurant with a view is on site, and those staying in the most expensive bungalows get breakfast included in the price. Overall, Apples is one of the best spots in town, though certainly not the cheapest.
