This gorgeous riverside spot is quiet and peaceful, seven km out of Mae Hong Son. Gardens and terraces along the river make relaxing seating areas, including a large stilted restaurant area. Accommodation options at Rim Nam Klang Doi range from wooden bungalows with verandas looking out to the river to cheaper rooms a little further back. Prices are consistent with size, location and amenities offered. TVs have Thai programming only. A number of activities can be organised by the resort: elephant riding, longtail boat rides and Thai massage. They also rent mountain bikes for 30 baht an hour.
