Enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner helped us schedule a local Thai massage that was wonderful. On the downside, their computer designated for internet wasn't working properly, and other people had a difficult time getting food service. Located a 5-min walk from downtown in a ''quiet'' part of town. They have a big black loveable dog (not the barking type), but if you don't like dogs, probably not your best bet.

Rooms with fan or A/C have bathrooms attached as opposed to what is indicated in the description above. The rooms are clean & spacious.
Centrally located close to the bus station & an easy walk to the main attractions, local restaurants or the markets. The guesthouse also provides food (homemade bread a speciality) and they have a guide who will take single people as well as groups on tours.
I stayed longer than expected due to the relaxed and informal nature of the place and its location.
