Description
Located near the youth hostel, the Phitsanulok Thani does great deals on clean and comfortable rooms. As with the youth hostel though, the location is poor -- a good 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town and riverfront. It doesn't have a pool, but for the money, this is excellent value. Room rates include breakfast.
