Tepwiman Hotel
Old and rundown

What we say:
This venerable Thai-Chinese hotel is one of the oldest places in town and certainly looks the part. It's a thoroughly budget affair, with grungy rooms, squat toilets and no hot water to speak of. Rooms with TV are available if you shell out an extra 50 baht, but that’s pretty much the only frill to be found on the premises. If you’re really pinching pennies, this is probably the best spot in town to stay, as the location is quite convenient and the staff rather friendly, but otherwise it’s worth looking elsewhere.
