What we say:

The Nakhon Phrae Hotel must have been the best place in town around two decades ago, but today it is showing its age. For this price range this is your best bet in town, but the damp will probably drive you out after a day or two. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly, though there is an odd vibe to the place.
