Suansin Garden
top retreat in the back streets

What we say:
Located about 1km out of Tak's centre, Suansin Garden is best reached by tuk tuk from the bus station. Once at the hotel the staff will help you with maps and transportation into the centre; ideally you'll have your own transport unless you plan to go absolutely nowhere. Fortunately it's the kind of hotel which promotes that kind of lifestyle with gorgeous grounds and a laid back resort feel. Set down a quiet residential road amongst a large garden of palms; this is an ideal retreat if you don't like the pokey city hotels. The rooms are reasonable in size and well tended, and all include TV, fridge, and hot water. A light breakfast of coffee/tea and toast is complementary in the morning.

TAK
I found Tak to be enjoyable but i have to admit after traveling over one hundred thai towns that it is boring. Nothing special! The good point being there are no farang here. The fan rooms do not have a frig nor hot water but do have wi-fi.Would i pass through here again not likely. Be careful of the mimi vans at the bus station heading towards Mae Sot. They will try their best to overcharge you. The rate should be 55 baht to Mae Sot
