What we say: 
The wind chimes and giant golden artwork as you enter give this place a real zen-like quality. The rest of the grounds don't quite maintain this ethereal charm, but this is still an interesting place to stay. The 12 villas at the northern tip of Kantiang are spread out over a vast area, meaning that you're guaranteed some serenity. Another reason for a lack of people would be the rocky beach below, meaning you can't just skip from your villa onto sand. Rooms are tastefully decorated and come with a mini-pond outside the front door. At the top of the cliff is an infinity pool and restaurant.
