What we say:

Upgrades and staff training have left Golden Bay Cottages with basic, good value beachfront huts (or 'cottages') with excellent service. The welcome here is warm, with staff eager to help. The nicely designed garden and pool area is the first sight as you enter. Huts themselves are fairly spacious affairs, with newish bathrooms, clean, crisp linen and a high standard of cleanliness. Choose between beachfront or a cottage set a row back. The resort no longer offers fan rooms, but the air-con rooms still just about fall into the budget category. A large restaurant serves both Western and Thai dishes.
