Blue Andaman Lanta has a fun atmosphere with friendly staff providing great service. Several types of rooms are on offer, some larger than others, but almost all are brick bungalows with balconies. Choose from air-con or fan, but all rooms have hot water. The exterior of the resort needs a lick of paint, but don't let this put you off, as this place is good value (and fun). The Sound Shack Bar by the beach is popular, playing laidback tunes and hosting regular fire shows. The music is not too loud so it does not disturb those turning in for an early night. Fresh seafood barbecues are on nightly at the restaurant by the swimming pool.

Great Option!

We stayed in a fanroom for 600 baht, extended for 2 more nights for 500 baht. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and looked new. Apparently they added a new wing. Large outdoor area with swimming pool (due to rocky beach), massage shack, relaxing/sunset shack & bar. Delicious thai dishes at the restaurant. Internet access available. We booked our day trips thru the in-house travel agent. Friendly & helpful staff. Recommended.

Blue Andaman Resort

Nice place, friendly staff, and the guys in the bar are a lot of fun. The pool is clean and refreshing. We had an air conditioner that didn't work and they found us a new room right away. Reccomended.
