Situated on an excellent stretch of central Khlong Nin beach, this small and stylish resort has a collection of polished concrete villas fronted by shaded terraces that sit beside a water lily pond.
The small but perfectly formed beachfront infinity pool is worth mentioning, though we were distracted by the gargoyle-esque statues that stand amid the abundant flowers. Rooms are sumptuous beyond their price tags, with light hardwood floors, tasteful Thai art, rattan carpets, lanterns and silk pillows on soft mattresses. Glass doors afford direct sea views and open onto the aforementioned water lily terraces. Pricier rooms are larger and have polished concrete floors to go with white sofas, but we like the natural design in the standard rooms a little better. Fridge, safe, TV and air-con are standard. Note that the rack rates listed on the website are considerably higher than what we were quoted as walk-ins. For a less stylish but still high-quality room for around the same price that opens directly onto a swimming pool instead of water lilies, nearby Peace Paradise Resort is another good choice.
