What we say: 
This is one of a handful of options right on the beach road, and it's not a bad pick if that's you're top priority. The concrete bungalows are quite well done, cool during the day, and the bathrooms impressively clean. We found the air-con rooms slightly odorous, but otherwise well equipped with TV's, fridges, comfortable furnishings and small patios. A bit pricey for what you get, though. There's a Thai restaurant on sight and the family that runs the place are pretty easy-going. It's a convenient location for the bars and restaurants along the beach road.

Clean rooms, great location
I stayed here with my girlfriend after reading about it here on travelfish. Exactly as described. Good location right on the beach front road. Not as busy/noisy as Ao Nang, and only a short tuk tuk ride to get there if you want. Happy Beach bar across the road on the beach was great for sunset beers. The Blue Bayou restaurant also serves good food.
