What we say:

Run by a Swiss man and his Thai wife, Freedom Estate is located in the central area of Long Beach but back up on the hillside off the beach, with sweeping views over Ko Lanta's bays and the islands in the distance. This is definitely the kind of place you head for when you want peace and quiet. Rooms are serviced-style accommodation with balcony, kitchen, cable TV, air-con and hot water. They are very comfortable and especially suited to long-staying guests. Service is good and the set-up is unique to the island. This place has lots of repeat visitors, a testament to a well-managed place.

Go on treat yourself!

Freedom is well located both for the beach and restarants. The bungalows themselves are spotless and well appointed. We were made to feel very welcome and had a thoroughly enjoyable time here. Highly recommended.
